I received all the parts I ordered, but upon opening the package, I discovered that the hardware for the product was missing. After speaking with an American Trucks representative, I was instructed to take pictures of everything I received and submit them for a missing parts request. American Trucks will review the photos and send out the necessary pieces. Hopefully, they'll provide everything I need to complete my project.
I have used American Trucks in the past and had an excellent experience. Things happen with the manufactures so this is not a direct reflection on them. It's all about how they respond and get me the parts I need. I will order from them again without question.
