I ordered a ticket to date was incorrect when I tried to correct it they said that was not possible mind you this is a month before the flight was even boarding so I simply asked for a refund so I could re-order the ticket they denied me do not use this website All the other reviews read the same horrible experience. They told me they were going to send it to technical team. I asked if I could speak to somebody in technical team. Apparently there's no way to speak to anybody in technical team have to go to the website electronically ask for a request, and after reading the reviews reviews on this place stating they never give refunds and customer service is horrible. The reviews are absolutely correct. I will never use this website again. Stay far away go through conventional ticket website. Please read the explanation for why they couldn't refund me a simple ticket cause I'm still trying to figure it out. Again stay away.
