Family (5 tickets) a week before, so I could not fly and had to buy tickets in another emergency airline that cost me 2300. 00
They never refund me the money, or any contact or any reason.
For which he lets me know that I could not trust Travelgenio, I do not even have the opportunity to contact Travelgenio because there is no way and the telephone number provided by the airline to contact Travelgenio is not even a real number. What seems to be a scam, they don't even have email to reply or contact them
