I ordered an item and after 10 days they said they can deliver the product without an explanation. I asked for my refund but they say I have to wait until I receive the item. How can I get my refund if they said they can deliver it? They are scammers.

I ORDERED FOOD FOR 60 PEOPLE PARTY, AND ALL MY GUESTS WERE HAPPY!. THE FOOD WAS FRESH, DELICIOUS, AND ENOUGH. THE SERVICE WAS A+, ON TIME, AND CLEAN.

I PAID FOR A BROTHER SCAN AND CUT BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT, THE SELLER NEVER ANSWER MY MESSAGES, AND THE MERCARI CO. NEVER ANSWER, AND THEY CANCELED THE PURCHASE WITHOUT NOTICE BECAUSE THE SELLER IS A FICTITIOUS PERSON.
MERCARI DOES THAT JUST TO GET MORE MEMBERS. ALSO, I TRIED TO POST A BAD RATING, BUT THEY DON'T ALLOW ME TO POST BAD RATINGS! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? RIDICULOUS.
I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND THEY DON'T ALLOW ME TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT!
BE CAREFUL EVERYBODY WITH THIS CAVE OF SCAMMERS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Be careful guys using FedEx, they are thieves. They charge you the amount they want, and they do not respond by phone, email, etc. by phone they just say: "The rates changed."
On July 15,2022, I posted 4 boxes online on their website. I agreed to pay $ 99.15 for all 4 boxes. They sent the boxes and some days later, on July 24,2022 (9 days after), THEY CHARGED $ 361.86 ON MY CARD!.
I called them several times and they said the same. "THE RATES CHANGED". I told them why you did not contact me before sending the boxes, and I can say NO, that is an expensive rate, and I go to pick up my boxes, Why did you send the boxes first, and you charged almost 4 TIMES THE PRICE!
Today, they have not answered me to get my money back. UNBELIEVABLE!
