Be careful guys using FedEx, they are thieves. They charge you the amount they want, and they do not respond by phone, email, etc. by phone they just say: "The rates changed."
On July 15,2022, I posted 4 boxes online on their website. I agreed to pay $ 99.15 for all 4 boxes. They sent the boxes and some days later, on July 24,2022 (9 days after), THEY CHARGED $ 361.86 ON MY CARD!.
I called them several times and they said the same. "THE RATES CHANGED". I told them why you did not contact me before sending the boxes, and I can say NO, that is an expensive rate, and I go to pick up my boxes, Why did you send the boxes first, and you charged almost 4 TIMES THE PRICE!
Today, they have not answered me to get my money back. UNBELIEVABLE!
