BT E MAIL. IF YOU TAKE OFF THE WRAPPER TO INSTALL AND FIND THE FILTER DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY, YOU OWN IT, PLUS THERE IS A RETURN CHARGE.
I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IN THE END IT IS CHEAPER TO GO
TO SEARS.
