PoolWeb Agent said that she would show the pictures to the shippers and make sure I got the right item, In addition, I had called the Hayward people an described the size and number of bolts (30) and color. They gave me a number which seemed to be right which I gave to PoolWeb whom they said had the item, with the pictures and description. After having to send it back I asked Hayward if they could help, and was told that my my item was no longer manufactured WHICH IS NOWHERE MENTIONED IN THE PICTURES which supposedly depict what I wanted. The only clue is the color: Taup, but that does not mean there are no white models. NEITHER COMPANY would accept any responsibility for the mistake. Restock shipping was $45! I found one on Amazon which appeared to be the same as I have, so I bought it and found that it was smaller and had 24 bolts. As Little Beaver used to say, "Me plenty gus-dusted!" Fortunately. The input pipes are the same separation and in a vertical configuration so that I can possibly mount it in place of the old one by putting a 15" pad under it, Buyer beware both these companies. I have no proof that any of this was intentional, but if not, there is incompetency/indifference/incompetence. As I will say to Coke and Delta, "You are not the only game in town". 'Nuff said.
