So I purchased a picture that comes on a canvas nothing to large. I paid for the item in august of 2022.got confirmation that my item was paid for. Then after 2 months I wondered what was the hold up. I at least should have gotten a shipping number. So I emailed them and they said "We are behind schedule due to the number of orders, and Hurricane Ian. We understand that the wait time is not ideal and we do appreciate your patience during this time.

As soon as your order ships we will notify you with your shipping information through email. Once shipped, shipping takes about 5 days to be delivered".so ok you had some bad weather I'll wait a little longer. It is now January 2023.when I email them I get the same answer every time. "We are experiencing longer than usual wait times" now at this point I don't want a refund I want this canvas, and the ability to let everyone know exactly how long it is going to take to get it. Don't buy from these scammers learn to paint and do it yourself because you will grow old waiting for them to send it to you. They have a Facebook page to rope even more people into the scam.

I purchased the complete interior for a 63 nova website says it's in stock. Spent over 1100$ then the next day I receive an email saying the rear seat cover in the kit is on back order, ok I guess I'll wait for a while and it will show up. WRONG. I have sent an email to their customer service every month for the last 8 months. I get told the same thing every time it will be another month. Now they have a seat cover in their inventory that would work but they want me to pay the difference, you would think they would work with me after I have waited 8 months. You would be wrong. Kim in customer service is kinda rude!
