New owners - same crap, unfortunately.
If you order something, do not be surprised if they are suddenly OUT OF STOCK or DO NOT deliver it.
If you try to change your order, or pursue it vehemently, THEN they will tell that it is too late - that the order is out for delivery. THIS has occurred multiple times. NOT a coincidence.
Plants arrive in terrible condition, because they have been in the mail for an entire week. Almost nothing survives.
Customer service continues to be awful - and billing is off.
I have nothing at all positive to say about this company.
Never before have I had such terrible service.

Terrible service, terrible shipping.....implies huge organisational issues.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered Purple fountain grass. Order came Dead and would not...
