Ordered 2 prints on April 5,201yband the company said it would be delivered on April 18,2017. Constantly tried to call their customer service line, must have called 10 times through out different times durning the day, and they do not answer their phones, part of there scam. April 18 I contacted them again VIA email and the finally responded basically telling me my photos were not high enough resololution, and to contact them VIA their customer service line. Well, my photos were huge files very large, and they do not answer their phone lines. I emailed them to refund my money, it is now May 4th and I have not seen any refund. I emailed them a very amgry email and my only response was, "waiting on billing department? No need for profanity." What does this even mean? I contacted my credit card today and reported fraud, trust me don't do your business here, they are theives and/or cannot perform. Guess you pay for what you get.
