Voice biometrics are iffy, someone talking in the next room, a car siren, maybe an asthmatic day... halfway through the course today, always same pretty quiet room, computer, etc., I failed the voice ID twice and was locked out. On Saturday at 1pm. Chat Help - '36 minute wait' then that window went away. I sent a Contact Us email... no reply yet four hours later. My insurance agent recommended this company. I regret it didn't occur to me to read reviews first! This explains the ½ price sale, because the other half will be spent in buying another course from them or another company.
