If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered what I'd listed as a human hair lace front Bob and what I received was not even close. The wig had no lace and was completely synthetic. When you contact the company, the will return your money AFTER they make you pay for shipping and a restocking fee or they will offer you the option to keep the product and give you anywhere between 5 & 10% refund of the wig price. So my options are to pay more money than this cheaply made wig is worth to send it back, pay a restock fee, and wait 20 or more days for a full refund OR get about $4 back as a refund and keep a wig that will just go in the trash. This website is a complete scam and not worth the time nor money you spend on flee market style wig.
