Zozi went above and beyond to help me find the right jacket for my wife this past Christmas. When the jacket didn't fit and it came time to make a returnThe representative was that helped me was instrumental in easing the process. Now, I'll be a lifelong Zozi member as they do seem to offer that extra mile for their customers… It seems much less like a fly by night deal site and much more like one who cares about the consumers.
