I really like that this program took the time to write up a guide on the changes that our bodies go when they enter menopause. And then they designed a weight loss program around it! I managed to steadily lose weight since joining 4 months ago and I feel so much better all around!

make sure to take the time to explore the website, it has more resources than it seems.
