I sent a pair of shoes for exchange, sent in the shoes and have talked to two different customer service reps saying the issue that they found the problem and the issue is now resolved. That was December 2016. I still do not have the exchanged pair of shoes or credit (shoes cost me $167.00). This has been the worst experience I have had to date and from what has been posted I have lost the cash and have to fiqure out where I can get my husband size 12 6E work shoes. So disappointed.
