This company has the worst customer service I have ever tried to work with. I have been trying to return a jacket for over a month. Was told that if I ordered the correct size, they don't offer returns. Then a 10% refund. So now I am just contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. Buyer beware!
Bought the black coat that pops up everywhere from this company on line. Long black coat with white lining that is supposed to be an exclusive to them. First of all have found several other places, second, looks nothing like the picture. Fits horrible, quality is horrrible and looks extremely cheap. I ordered a medium and they sent me a large. Forget getting a refund or exchange because they won't work with you. Stay away from this site! Shop elsewhere!

As we just do our own size, all the product match the size chart list on the product's page, it would be no problem while place the order depended on the size chart there. But if the customer ordered a wrong size or the garment not suitable, it can be return at our customer's expense. Regarding to the return post runs high, we would offer a partial refund for the customer to reconsider to keep the order or return for a refund, please understand, and please any question you can send to the after-sales, they would offer a professional service for you, thank you
