When I checked out to purchase my ticket they only gave me the price of the ticket. They did not include the charge for using their service. So this leads people to believe they are ONLY paying for their ticket. It's not unreasonable to be charged for using them to purchase a ticket. However, it's deceitful of them to not put it in your total when checking out. Also they have terrible customer service. You can't call unless your flight is in the next few days so you have to use their robot chat service and you're lucky if you can get a human. The robot said it would switch me to a live agent and I waited for 2 hours and gave up.
