This company lies to its customers. I was told that my shipment would be sent within 5 to 7 business days of my purchase, but they did not send it. The company made up a bogus tracking number and told me that the package was now with FedEx. When I tracked the package I was given a totally different tracking number and told that the package was still with the company. In addition, I was misled by the advertising that first time purchasers would receive 10% off. I was told by the manager Robert that this was not a valid site the 10%. I do not recommend this company. They have poor customer service and they lie to their customers.

I do not trust this company in the handling of patient and provider information. They are not adhering to HIPAA compliance and are negligent with provider and patient information. The customer service is poor, and the management is poor as well very rude and unprofessional.
