I ordered a medical freezer in May 2020. It was an online purchase paid in full with a credit card. I was emailed in June about it being out of stock and a refund would be issued. I figured at most that would take a month. After reading reviews, which I should've done before purchasing, I had to file a complaint with the BBB-NJ to get a refund. You can't get through on their phone lines to inquire, after the third email to customer service, I gave up. I'm giving 2 stars because I did at least get an email stating the product was out of stock and the fact they did take quick action on the BBB complaint.
