Every month my auto-pay fails, although the money is there, I call and their non-existent customer service calls it a "glitch" and magically the next day when my payment is considered late I am able to manually make a payment. I have auto-paid, mailed a check weeks before, called in the payment days before and it always pends until the day after the due date. It is ridiculous. And don't bother calling because apparently, they do not know the reason any more than you do.
