Lousy, non helpful, non caring people who don't want to hear about an issue, unless you're willing to "upgrade" and pay more money! Stay away from them!

Products used:
None I sent them all back. Purchased Luna G3 CPAP Machine but it had issues form the start & then again with the replacement.
