I returned a package on September 18,2023. I contacted Unique Vintage 2X as one of the returned dresses was to be replaced for an event on September 30th. Not once did I hear back from them. I sent a chat (which said they would contact me back in 24 hours) and did not hear back from them. Today is Oct 13,2023, today I received an email saying they just received my return (25 days after the confirmed shipping date). Also, will it take to get my refund?
"We'll refund you immediately after we process your return. It takes up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post it to your account."
Wow- it will be over a month when I finally receive my replacement dress and the refund. Figure it out Unique Vintage, your dresses may be vintage, but your service and AI should be competent to 2023 standards.
I love your clothes but there are other companies that make great clothes and have good service.

dress, shoes, hats- which I love, but your service is unworthy of the purchase. I still don't have my replacement dress- and it will be over a month since I sent the return - unacceptable. I won't be able to wear this dress until next spring at this point. NOt ok!!!!!!!
I have never had to wait for an item to actually make it back to the company before my replacement was sent, not with LL Bean, not with Lands End, not with J Jill
