I bought a dress from them several years ago and was very satisfied, including the modifications that they did very well. I decided to get a second dress from them and so far, they have been able to come up with the modifications I have asked for, but it has taken months for them to get back to me. It is impossible to reach anyone who has any authority from "the team". You can only get them on online chat, and while they are nice and polite, how many times can they say they're putting my ticket under "high priority" and have no response from "the team" and still no response? I have a deadline for the dress and began this process months ago...my deadline is approaching but I still have not gotten confirmation on price and design changes. I have called their 800 number (the only one they have) FIVE times and left five voicemails. No response. I had hesitated to write this review, but at this point, it has gone on way too long. I wonder if this review might actually make them respond. So: nice dresses, terrible customer service. How can I provide proof of purchase if I can't even purchase the dress?
