This people are scammer. They robbed me of my airline credit that meant to be used for another reservation. The Agent Sunny told me repeatedly that I have a credit worth of $1600 from the missed flight and after 3 weeks after I called to make another reservation using the credit he told me but only to find out that I have no credit says by another agent and agent Sunny also denied our conversation. Do not book from this people or site it's a big scam. I guess they used my credit for another person to get some extra money in their pocket.
Now, they are trying to defend themselves and I ask them why didn't they pull up conversations between me and agent Sunny where he clearly said I have $1600 credit. They failed to do that because their mission is known to them.
Guy don't fall victim of this guys, they are scammers.
Be informed and don't allow them to scam you..
