“Promised refund never arrives”

I ordered a phone case. Got a shipping notification followed by a "sorry - warehouse issues". They promised a refund. After numerous emails, and numerous promises of "refund by the end of the day", 3 weeks on, I'm still out of pocket. This is NOT a reputable company. Advice: AVOID.

Tip for consumers:
That they would honour their refund policy.
