Their official company account's response to a lighthearted question as to how to use the product on yourself without someone assisting you (holding and pouring the product for you) was to say "Most of us have friends, (condescending play on my name.)" Wow, I suppose most of you aren't single mothers of a toddler who don't plan your outdoor activities or camping trips around whether or not you have a friend available to join you, you b! Tch. And rather than apologize for their sh! T attitude and snarky attitude, their customer service management solution was to immediately block me. Their company needs to take a serious look at who they have hired to address their customers, and what's an acceptable attitude.
