Previously I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Undandy and was very happy with both the shoes and the service. In July 2021 I placed another order which is the last time I will ever deal with this company. There were always excuses as to why the shoes were taking longer, some of which seemed plausible during the COVID pandemic. I eventually cancelled the order in June 2022 and was assured that my money would be refunded in 15 days. I am still waiting for my money in March 2023. I have been in constant contact with Undandy via email which keeps assuring me that I will receive my money. I find it difficult to comprehend how it would take a company this many months to reverse an order and pay the money owed. The excuses are always the same and that no definite date can be provided. Do not under any circumstances order from Undandy. What was a reputable and trustworthy company has no qualms in taking your money and giving you nothing in return. 2 years later I still have no satisfaction.
