I reached out to the LVLY Bride company because I am quite indecisive and wanted a dress no one had. Going to a boutique was not in the cards for me in all honesty. After researching bridal companies, there wasnt much of an option locally, so i decided to have my dress made online. I reached out to the LVLY Bride Company with around 9 months until my wedding date and was immediately given a design stylist named Tynisha who was such a perfect match for me. She was so kind and very informative of all the options I had to basically build my own gown. The best part of my experience was that I didn't feel like I was being pushed in a specific direction. I felt like I had complete control. I was able to choose my own fabrics, skin tone illusion mesh, lace applique. It gets much better though. After receiving my sketch, and completing my measurement consultation (which was done via zoom!), I was given a reasonable quote to make the gown.

I decided to pay for the gown in full because I wanted to begin the process as soon as i could and the customer service was so amazing. After paying for the gown, I browsed around the site for a bit and came across a progress profile which gives brides the opportunity to see how their dress is being made during the gown making process. I subscribed and made a $25 payment (i think) and they gave me a profile.

When I tell you this was the best experience, believe me. I would have never imagined I'd be able to see what it actually takes to make a gown. They shared pictures and videos with me throughout the sewing process and it was just such a magical experience. It really gave me a lot more confidence because at least I know my dress was being made and i knew exactly how it was looking.

When I received the gown, I cried because it was even more beautiful in person. It fit me like a glove in all the right places.
