I requested and agreed to pay for services to mount a television and hide the cords, which I was promptly charged for. However, about 3-weeks later they charged my credit card a second time for a stereo installation, which I did not receive or agree to.

I immediately called Hello Tech and advised them of the situation. Each time I was told that I would receive a return call within 24-hours; this has happened for any of the four occasions that I've called. The person answering the phone assures me that it's a clerical error and that I will be credited the money back; however, they requested that I not file a fraud claim with my credit card company while they sort this out. The last time I told them I was proceeding with a claim since they have not followed through with any of their commitments, including providing me with a receipt for services.

They have provided my credit card company with a copy of my initial request for services, along with a copy of their pricing schedule from their website, but not a copy of a receipt signed by me. I have been dealing with this for about six weeks now. The headache is not worth it! I do not believe they are ethical or responsive to their customers, and now I get to spend my time pursuing fraud charges against them.

I ordered six items on April 29 for $200. On May 3, I was notified that one of my items was not available and they were refunding the purchase price. On May 4, I received notification that my order had been shipped! Except it was only one thing, a tank top. On May 0, the tank top arrived and it was defective. There are no size charts, but since I am very busty, I ordered a medium top. The thing literally hung off of me! I tried to adjust the straps, but they were sewn together during assembly. I notified them of the defective top, as well as requested information on the shipment of my other items. I received an email apologizing for the top on May 10, which also told me that the remaining items shipped from LA on May 8. It is now May 18, and I have not been able to reach anyone since. I have notified them that I am filing a fraud claim tomorrow if they do not respond. DO NOT BOTHER!

"Thirty minutes later, you get up from your computer, without auto parts and dejected. That won't happen here." They are correct! This will never happen here, because your part will just not arrive. I bought a car to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday, and I needed a couple starter coils. I told them how imperative it was that I get them on time, and with a promised delivery of 2-5 days, I thought I was golden with 2 weeks. When the part did not arrive, after two weeks, they told me it was "lost." However, when I contacted UPS, they told me that all they did was print a label, and had never actually shipped my part. The second thing is that they don't tell you that they are not really shipping UPS, but have a hand-off to USPS for some type of hybrid delivery. Her birthday is three days away, and they do not even respond.
