Ordered dining table & chairs in November and was promised delivery in time for Christmas. Rang several times and was repeatedly fobbed off, no promised call back and no reply to numerous emails - appalling lack of customer service.
*UPDATE: After seeing my review, furniture arrived a few days before Christmas. The following day I noticed 2 of the seat pads were flawed. I emailed SB and they replied within the hour, promising replacements. Happy to say they arrived today. Hopefully this signals a better approach to communication and customer care.
