I ordered over £100 worth of products over 3 weeks ago. I haven't yet received my order. I have emailed lots of times and they reply after 2 or 3 days with no urgency. Not one person has apologised or shown any form of customer service. They said that my order has been delivered and again no apology, or offer to look into it for me. I asked for a tracking number, or if they could look into it as I haven't received it. They replied saying that It was myself selected an American address? I have sent them a screenshot of my confirmation with my English address on and that I did not input my address wrong at all. It's been 5 days and I still haven't had a reply or an apology. I'm worried that I will not get my money back now. This company has made an error, sent my parcel to a different country, not apologised and not refunded me my money. Do not use Nudestix. I've attached my screenshots to show my Address was put correctly as the UK and their reply with an American address.
