I made an order om their site. My card has been charged successfully but they sent me an email saying payment had failed, trying to scam another payment out of me. When I contacted their Customer Service, sending a copy of the successful transaction on my account, she insisted it had not gone through as it was "high risk". WTF? The money has been deducted from my account! Ive cancelled the order and am putting it in the hands of my card provider. Meanwhile, these fraudsters have my money
