Ordered advertised product. Never received it. Order was placed on 11/23/2018. Below is the statement in the email of the estimated shipping times. "On specialty and giveaway (free) items, please allow up to 3-5 weeks delivery time due to high demand and production for US delivery." This item was a "free" giveaway item charging roughly $10USD in shipping. On 12/30/18 I contacted the seller wondering where my product was as it had been 2 days past the estimated 5 week delivery period. Their response was as follows: "We apologize that you have not received your order yet. This item has been backordered. We'll try to send it out as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it's shipped. Thank you for your patience." I responded with my frustration that after 5 weeks it had not even shipped yet. Their response was as follows: "We were sorry for the inconvenience. Please allow 3-6 weeks for US delivery and 5-7 weeks for international delivery." By this time, it was then 01/06/19, past the (now suddenly different) 6 week time period for US delivery. I expressed that I would let it slide if I could get it by 01/10/19 as that was the day before the event I specifically purchased the item for. Their response on 01/14/19: "We are sorry to hear you did not receive the order. If you like, we can send you a new item. However that may take 3-6 weeks. Will that be fine with you?" It is now 01/15/19... SEVEN AND A HALF WEEKS later. I still do not have my item.
