Should have known better. Few years ago I had difficulty with BBQ Guys and their complete lack of customer service. On July 4 I ordered a grill that was on sale and promised to ship within 24 hours. Grill dud ship from So Cal on July 6 and arrived Portland area July 8. Great! I was expecting, as indicated on the tracking portal, a July 11 delivery. Nope. Every day I check the tracking portal and the expected delivery date is bumped another day. Now expected July 15. Doubt I'll get it. The warehouse it is in is literally 5 miles from me. No calls. No explanation. I had made plans based upon the info I was provided. I have reached to BBQ Guys; however, the return email promises a response in 3-5 days. I have disputedthe charge with my CC and will buy at my local Costco where the item is in stocks and $100 cheaper. Buyer beware.
