I tried to cancel subscriptions but the website conveniently doesn't work. You click billing and subscription, and, surprise, there's an error. You have to call and go through some difficult automated phone system. This is great for their revenue and terrible for customers.
"Tell me the name of the magazine you want to cancel." NO! Stop making it harder to unsubscribe.
They make you decline at least 2 or 3 prompts to keep subscribing for EACH subscription that are worded in a very confusing manner "you can cancel future charges and keep the magazines you've already paid for". This should be borderline illegal.
