Geez, so a little update on this. Last week (July 7,2020), I finally received 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered. I had ordered one of one style and two of a second. For that hat for which I ordered two, they only sent one of them. My girlfriend got in touch with them on their website and eventually seemed to talk to a real person through Instagram. They apologized, told her they have implemented a number of changes, and told us that they upgraded the missing hats to a better quality and will send out 2 new ones so that they match. We'll see if those ever come. Eight months later, I have 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered, and I am just fine with that. Talk about a low bar to hit. At this point, I don't even care if my other hat comes in and don't care that I never did get a partial refund. Just satisfied enough to be mostly done with this experience.
