Poor sales and customer service for customers. When our business first started with Beacon, we received white glove treatment, only to discover down the road that it was a sales ploy. Later on, we were told that as we are not a "larger" customer, we will not receive the same treatment. Service and sales team were very attentive at first, but over the years, our business has lost attention and response is very poor. This is probably typical of most of these kinds of businesses, but I would recommend looking strongly into business with Beacon Telecom. Very disappointed, and biggest mistake our company has made.
