I loved how when I presented my order and offers began coming in the chat box popped up and the customer care representative assisted me with choosing the most suitable bid. Then, at that point, I saw I had the wrong due date in my request. The representative whose bid I finally chose was so nice and answered all my questions as patiently and politely as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience with the customer service team. I was initially worried, but now I can comfortably put all my fears to rest.
