My Booksy account was hacked almost two months ago, and a fraudulent charge was made for almost $250 to a business that doesn't even exist. I caught it the day it happened, and called Booksy customer service about it, and was told I would get a refund. I have since called a total of 6 times in the past almost two months. The first couple times I was assured I would get the refund, the remaining calls were all the same: being told that it has been escalated, that there is no one higher up I can talk to because they are internal and they don't talk to customers, that there is no work around because their policy is strict, and to just keep calling back. There is absolutely NO sense of urgency to help customers who are out money for fraudulent charges, despite me pointing out that money is super tight and I am behind on bills because I am still being given the runaround and not getting my money back. Booksy doesn't care.
