Ordered a pair of keys for my ABUS U-Lock from these "workaholics". 6th of December they have sent me an email to inform me that the order has been processed and shipped.
I paid +5 euros for my order to come fast or maybe this is what I thought when I read that misleading box in their payment form, hoping that I will get my order in 6-8 days in total.
6 days later (12th Dec) I asked for the tracking number. Sorry no tracking number and no express shipping! "The extra 5 euros is also for quickly handling here by us. Up to 2 days in stead of 4-5 days.". So let me translate for all. Instead of cutting a key that takes 1-2 days we cut it in 4-5 days because we can sell this to you!
12 days have passed (18th of Dec) I asked them to push their forwarder because I haven't received the keys yet...No reply.
13 days (19th of Dec) kind reminder... No reply.
Today still waiting for a reply or my keys.
If this is a bad service support or a scam both are an experience that should be avoided by anyone. ABUS should do something about that.
If shipment is lost and without a tracking number, I won't have a clue, and it's 100% that I won't get a refund because they don't even reply. BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THEY DO BAD and they ask for more money JUST TO DO THEIR JOB!
Oh paypal is not even a choice in their website, so no protection. I am so idiot that I didn't foresaw that.
