After months of the same discussions everyone else has had with Izi Dress about wrong size, too heavy, wrong material and them refusing to give me a return address, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and included the emails and my credit card company refunded my money to my card. Now Izi Dress emails me, "Kindly cancel dispute and we will refund your money once we receive verification from your bank that you canceled the dispute". Yeah right! Lol
File complaints with your credit card company and include those emails.
