Ordered the City Beauty Face cream as a one-off purchase a few weeks ago. He order arrived 10 days ago, which was fine, but them today I an email from them saying that they are "renewing" my subscription (which by the way I DID NOT ASK FOR), and they have taken over £100 from my account, a transaction which I did not authorise. I am fuming! I cannot get hold of the them by phone or email, but will keep trying as this is not on, and in my opinion fraudulent
Tip for consumers:
Careful when ordering on this site, it tricks you into ordering other items you did not intend to get, and there is no way you can correct it once its done
Customer service is crap, Live Chat is no better
If in UK, do not order, you end up paying an additional massive customs charge - close to £40.00
