“Flawed fabric, Dress unwearable, Terrible service”

Ivezy must also dba "Dress Fashion." Dress arrived with huge white spot on fabric where print didn't transfer. It is unwearable. I wanted to return for full refund and I'm getting the runaround ("$10 off, a fake return address in Dubai,) Telling me I must incur all return shipping charges even though dress arrived damaged! This is a total scam company and the merchandise is awful/cheap -avoid at all costs!
