Horrible! I had an appointment at 11:45-12:00 and I wore my face shield. They told me that I have to wear a mask. I explained that I have a medical condition and the guy said sorry we can't let you in! You will have to go elsewhere. Well I am. I am going to get a Samsung now! Never again! Worst treatment ever in my life! If I could give them negative I would. I then called to speak to a manager, Jaimie C, and let her know what I experienced and she didn't care. She apologized and said that is their policy. Total DISCRIMINATION!
I called corporate and talked with a very nice and apologetic lady named Mildred. She truly seemed to care and listened to everything I had to say. Stated I should have never been treated that way and set up a case# to reference and to write letter to corporate. Not only did she actually type it all out she repeated back to me everything I had said to her knowing that she actually did listen to me. I have since proceed to write a letter to corporate on 10/30/2020 and will see what or if they have anything to say about what happened. It is now 11/28/2020 and I never heard a word back from them. Go figure!
