I ordered a pair of frames the FIRST time on August 13,2021. After not receiving an email confirmation, I called them on Monday, August 16 to be told the item was being ordered from their warehouse. The order did not arrive until Monday, August 23. On Tuesday, at which time I was told there was a problem with my credit card. Because of an issue with the bank, it was necessary to cancel the order a place it again which I did immediately. I then called the customer service rep back, and she assured me that she received the order and the item would be shipped within a few days. When I did not receive a shipping confirmation by today, Friday, I called them back and was told that they would not have the item until Monday, August 29. After having a conversation with the cs rep, I was told she would have the person I spoke with on Tuesday call me back. Instead I received a cancellation email. I'm sure my item was shipped to somebody else and somebody screwed up on their end. I would NEVER order from such an unorganized and disreputable company as this again. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
