My order came in good condition and was exactly as described. I placed the order 11/27, on Cyber Monday. But by 12/7, I still hadn't heard anything about the order being processed or shipped. I noticed the website said orders are guaranteed by 12/24 and I began to worry.
It's reasonable to receive it that late if you order at the midpoint in December, but not if you order at the end of November. Lots of people travel to family at Christmas. That's what we do, so I needed it as a gift well before Christmas Eve. I'm sure that's not unusual.
Anyway, by 12/8, I reached out through the website's messenger app and asked about the status. The next day I got an email the order had shipped. That might have been a coincidence and it might have shipped whether I messaged or not. But I honestly think, I averted a disappointment by that follow up.
So, while I am very pleased with the product and the delivery, I do think Vintage needs better communication and to be more prompt in processing and shipping orders, especially at holiday time. It shouldn't take 10 days to just hear back about the status.
Right after contacting them, my order shipped. I also got a second email. So somebody was checking and responding to messages as promised.
