Estatik reached out to me after I left my first review. Estatik had a legitimate reason for having difficulty responding to my attempts to get customer service. The Estatik team members were undergoing a bad safety threat. In an effort to insure that the Estatik team members remain protected, I will not go into detail about what that threat was. Estatik helped me with my issues and are continuing to work with me. I am knocking off one star because of the initial problems. Because Estatik gave me five star service once they did reach out to me, I am raising their overall rating (which takes the initial rating into account) to a 4.
