Unfortunately, my shopping experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order for an item (within $100 range) and it was defective, I returned item and was hesitant to reorder with same manufacturer but faced a huge restocking charge (even though the item was defective). I placed another order for a more expensive item, hoping this will not be a problem. I was finally informed that the item was backordered - now remember, I have been the one initiating all correspondence and getting an answer back after a few times of emailing and after a few days, this gets really tiring and they should have been keeping me in the loop about my order. Anyway, after 3 months of back and forth, waiting I have finally pulled the plug on my order. I did receive the total amount back but I am still out the original shipping charges but and three months of agravation. Just beware, this websites lousy customer service - keep going and shop another site.
