Our nonprofit responded to a call from Blitz to help improve our website for a low rate. They sent a draft of what they could do to improve our existing website, also recommending we add promotional products like coffee cups, tshirts etc.
The draft looked good so we sent $ and began the back and forth to make adjustments. The reps kept changing and had to start over with a new rep. There appeared to be no quality control and I had to repeatedly review and request the same changes. Now they don't answer or return calls.
I would give a negative star rating if it was possible.
