Why ARE these robbers still allowed to trade? I have written to them twice, with no reply, and they are keeping my £ 500, which to me is a lot of money. I have worked in a hard manual job earning minimal wage. At 62 years old this was a large chunk of my retirement savings,. Now I feel hugely let down and deceived. Don't be drawn into this.
