It was Valentines and I a female wanted to purchase one rose for a friend. There was nothing available, until the cashier pulled a rose out of a pre-made arrangement. I was impressed that she was willing to do this for me! She wrapped it nicely as though I had bought a much larger item. Thank you for treating me with kindness, excellent customer service, for one rose on a busy day!
Although I don't tend to purchase many flowers, the two or three times I have in the past two years, I have been very satisfied and had excellent customer service! Thank you!
